A large audience assembled.at the Missions to Seamen '..Institute, last when tho popular weekly : talk on ambnlanco work wne eivenby Mr. James Moore, the missioner. Tho lecturer dealt chiefly with common • accidents, those likely to occur in tho daily round of life,and also gave several useful 'hints'-regarding ■licalth matters.' Competitions relating-to ambulance work were won by sailors from' ships in poi-t.'
