Strong disapproval is expressed among temperance bodies at an amendment—moved by the Chancelloroorf r the Exchequer (Mr. D, Lloyd-George)—to the Licensing Bill,' allowing grocers to soil a quarter of a bottle of whisky. , ; ■ ' .
