.ESTATE OF. EDMUND. REDDISH. .' • -The'..adjourned, meeting of creditors in ; the bankrupt" estato of Edmund Keddish, cycle agent,- Lower Hutt,-. was held, .at .the. Official Assignee's office yesterday afterncioiiy Mr.' A. Simpson presiding. Mr. Wilford appeared for the .haukrupt, while jrr. Ayson represented tho interests of the petitioning creditors (Peton'o "Chronicle" C'Dinpany, Bradley and t'o., aiid T. Burt). The previous meeting was adjourned from August '26 in order, to allow of a more detailed statement of the bankrupt's affairs being submitted. It'.'now appears that thn bankrupt's liabilities total ■£&!& 3s. 4d— .businessdebts,£lß9'!s.ld.; private debts, .£122 9s, 3d.; owing on- furniture, £38 10s. Tho Official Assignee explained that the bankrupt had no offer to inako to his creditors. ll® was out. of work, had a wife and three children to support, anil no- prospects. Tho bankrupt was examined by ono of his principal creditors with reference to certain facts .in connection with' hia financial affairs,- and the proceedings wore then adjourned, sine die.
