Tho Ralli Government—which succeeded the Theotokis Government last month, M. RaUi then announcing that ho would pursue a policy- of entento with Turkey—has fallen. M. Ralli refused to receive a' military deputation, who demanded reorganisation of tho army and navy. This refusal led to temporary' disaffection among the foroes in Athens, 'and ,548 officers and 3000 soldiers: quitted the capital and camped outside. -M. Ralli thereupon resigned; M. Mavromichaelis, the new Premier and Minister for 'Foreign Affairs, has granted an amnesty to the officers and men concorncd. [The Greek -army ; has not been .quite in qhimo with Athens..politicians lately. Not long ago a decree was issued in the. capital condemning to. various periods of imprisonment 217 noncommissioned officers.for insubordinate conduct in presenting to the Chambcr-a petition against the proposed law tending to limit tho promotion of ..non-commissioned ' officers commissioned rank.]-
