Auckland, August 30. , At the Supromo Court to-day, William Robert Page, Charles Cummings, and William Barnett were charged with robbery with violonoe at Nowmarket. The jury, found prisoners guilty, of robbery, but without violence, and they wore remanded for sentence. A Russian Finn, named Oscar Volficd Syovoll, was charged with assaulting & girl at Hamilton. The case stands part noara.
