. Mr. Thome inquired why "Justice" had been singled out for prohibition. 'Similar -articles, had, ho said, appeared, in' othor papers. ' ■' .' The Master of Elibank askod Mr. Thorno to mention'those other papers. Mr. Thome . replied, - amid r. laughter: "Surely the honourable member does not think me quite so foolish." v
