As the result, of. an underground survey, conducted at. the Grand Junction mine in connection with the' locality of the Martha lode at No. 5 level, the 'north crosscut is to he 'resumed immediately.. The survey has shown that tho Martha lode should 'be ahead of the present face. Consequently, the lode i previously cut through, which shows i a 'width of 40ft., and which ,was considered to be' the Martha' lodo must be a stranger.. ;r .' ■ ' .
