Sho failed to discover any wreckage Tho captain is of opinion that tho Waratah has broken down, and is probably drifting south. Capo Town, August 23. H.M.S. Pandora, which has been on a search for the overdue Lund liner Waratah, has returned to East London. She saw no trace of tho missing vessel. ] LITTLE HOPE FOR THE SEESTERN. . ! (Rcc. The "Daily Telegraph" states that there is little doubt that the French steamer Mcnarandra, 1065 tons, belonging to tho Colonial Armament Company of Dunkirk, is lost. '
