TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for The Dominion ) WEDNESDAY. Eromeskies. .Mashed Potatoes. Leeks. Fig Pudding. TIG PUDDING. Quarter'pound flour, lib. breadci umbs, \\h. Piet, Jib. finely-chopped figs, 1 teaspoonful ' of salt; J,nutmeg grated, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoonfuls of sugar, a little milk. Heat the eggs and sugar together. Mix nil the ingredients, adding a little milk. Put into J floured cloth and'boil-from 2J hours to 3 hours. Turn out and serve melted butter sauce' -with it. ; 'FOR-TO-MORROW. - One neck of mutton, apples, onions, chutney, stock,,, 2 eggs.
