In connection with tho reported findg at a German bal|oon pn the Silesian frontier on August 12, it is asserted that a bullet fired by the Russian qimrds passed through the Geiman balloon, damage being inflicted, while,the balloon was still over German territory, A statement qf the facts h,as been forwarded to the German Foreign Office.
