Donald Mori rison, • sawmillor, Mangapuhlia, claimant sued for £100 for injuries to; his leg . received wliilo driving a wagon. Counsel .for respondent said an.amicablo,arrangement.'had beer arrived at, and his client had agreed to paj £85. .
