The resignation of the Rov. C. W. SeotiMoncrioff, Warden of St. John's College, Auckland, camo about from his having joined tho Theosophical Society. This having been adjudged incompatible with his position as warden by certain friends, ho put his resignation in tho,bauds of the board for them to judge the point, and they unanimously at a full meeting accepted it.
