The.annual meeting .of tho Pa'rkvaJe'Dairy Company (telegraphed' our Carterton • correspondent on Saturday), was held to-day, Mr. C. Lo'renzen in the chair. The report was adopted. Messrs. W- J. Denbee, E. Matson, and C.Lorenzen were elected directors.. It was'decided to open the factory on Wednesday. t It was resolved to donate Is. per supplier to . the butter-fat competition of. tho P. and A. Society. Mi\ Lorew.cn was elected chairman of directors, ', -.."■' Tho Dalefield Dairy Company held its annual meeting this afternoon, Mr. A. Kiiulson in.the chair. The report was adopted. Messrs.. R. G. Welch, B. C. Tunnicliffe, ami W. A.- Hart were elected' directors.' It' was decided to open the factory on August'3o.
