Tho Baunockburn met with rain and a violent gale two days later, and the vessel was thrown on her bewa ends, and only righted herself after tho deck's cargo of coal had been washed overboard. The oaptain takesi a pessimistic view of tho prospects of tho Waratah, in view of bis own experience. OWNERS' OPTIMISM^ > London, August 18. The absence of wreckage encourages tho owners of the Lund Line to believe that the Waartah, now three weeks overdue at Cape Town, is still afloat.
