An inquest was held to-day concerning the death of John Fonteaioy. 35 years of age, unmarried, who Was found lying near, the tram line at Addingteu on tho .night ■of August llj: suffering from fractured ribs, a broken arm, and other severe injuries, and who died, .. 'in the hospital last night. Dr. Westenrft stated, in .evidence, that '. he : thought that v Jie injuries had been caused, by a vehicle of omo, description striking''Fontenoy.
