Offices, Palnierston, yesterday .morning. Present: —Mr. S. 11. Lancaster (chairman), Messrs. G. C. Wheeler, W: Perry, P. Mungavin,. E. Short, and E'. J. Wackrill. The more there were the more they would be able to' reduce the.cost.
