THE NAVY LEAGUE.

A meeting of the 'local Executive Committee of the Navy League, held'last night, was attended by Captain R. A. Edwin, R.N. (in the chair), Captain G. -T. Hall, and Messrs. J. B. Harcourt, D. M'Kellar, R. Darjoclj, E. J. Le Grove, arid C. W..Palmer.
