The Persian Government has not yet settled the dispute with the ex-Shah, Mohammed' Ali, respecting tho Crdwii jewels, which he refuses to surrender. : The possibility of tho Nationalists refusing to recognise the lato Government's foreign debts is causing disquiet in financial circles.
