Messrs. T. and E. Mugridgc, two old and esteemed employees of tlio Union Timber Company, aro leaving Palmerston this week for (Jhakune, where they intend entering tho sawmilling business. Mr. T. Mngridgo was a prominent member of : the Palmerston Rifles for a' number of years, and was ohe of-the corps' finest shots. .He held the ;champion 'belt of the company, and his services will be •' greatly missed :in future matchos.
