The hall was gaily decorated, with strings-and bunting, and tho stage was also prettily set. About one hundred couples danced to music by Miss Hawthorne's band, and. responded with to tho calls of Messrs. M. M'Dougal, F. C. Jones, and P. Farrclly, who officiated >as masters of - ceremonies. Ihiring tho (evening songs .were given by Messrs. R. iTenton and. A., J.'Murray., The catering arrangements were carried ont by Mr. fl: Starr.' The general 1 reflected credit on tho committee, which consisted, in addition to' the M.O.'si of Messrs. (r. HsiK » lam, L. Staples* J. .Crawford,, A.. Elliott, and J.
