': OV OFFICERS. / 'At the,annual meeting of tho Wellington Waterside Workers' -Union, held last evening, tho election of officers for the ensuing year took place. The result .was as follows:—Secretary, D. M'Larcn, 439 (elected) j J. Dowdali, 90; J. Holland, 44. Treasurer—T. King (elected), 373; D. Donovan, .100; ,G.. Terry, 85. The election of president and vice-president wns postponed until .a later date, as none of the candidates obtained an absolute majority at the first ballot.
