' The conference of the Miners' Federation .resolved'to-day that notico should be given in'all districts in Scotland to terminate contracts, and to cease work at tho end of August. , , ' • It was also decided to support the Scottish miners to the extent of 10s. weekly during the preliminary stoppage.' Tho'ballot of members shows that 518,261 favdur a general stoppage and 62,980 are against it. ( • ' '
