■ ' ———«— Tho fortnightly meeting of Exoelsior Tent, No. 19, 1.0. Rechabites, was held on Thurs-' day evening at St. Thomas's Schoolroom, Newtown, Robinson, Chief Ruler, presiding over a good attendanoe. Two new members were initiated. It was decided to inaugurate a membership increase campaign,, and two large teams 'were formed to compete for 'the honour of introducing most new members. It was pointed out that the order had reached a, membership of nearly 500,000. in 6000 branches. Last year the increase 'of members totalled 81,760, equal to 234 members joining every day, and ' that over £334,000 had been paid as benefits, equal to £915 per.day: Bro. Stewart,, a . member of the Glasgow' Tent, Scotland, was present, and received-a hearty welcome. Ai new juvonilo branch will be opened, at Johnsonvillo on .Thursday, July 29, invitation is extended to all members of the order to attend tKe opening, ceremony. t !
