Tho Prime Minister, Mr. Asquith, has announced that the debates on the Finance Bill will be postponed, probably for a fortnight., . : The newspapers surmise that the all-night sittings are a sovore strain on the Chancellor of tho Exchequer, Mr. Lloyd-George. The delay will give opportunity to recast some of the clauses.
