Tho Lord Mayor (Sir George Truscott) gave a luncheon at tho Guildhall to twelve hundred bluejackets and marines belonging to the warships now in tho Thames. The men marohod with six twelvepounders through the chief thoroughfares, and were received with tremendous enthusiasm.
