Deceased was a stonemason. 52 years of age, and had been carried 14 years. He was in the hospital at New Year s time suffering-from the effects of drmk. : Dr. Mackin, who,was called in, stated that ' the man was dead on his arrival. Mtxt hearing the history of the case, ho had come to the conclusion that the immediate caute of death was heart failure, probably accelersided with the deceased testified to todmg deceased on the ground at tkeback He asked him what., he was : doing there.
