Tho court marital, in its report, adds that 800 others deserve death, 1500 deserve hard labour fkr life, and 80,000 are justly entitled to minor sentences. The report concludes: "If it is decided to proceed with the punishment, we will draw a' cordon round tie town and deal with offenders expeditiously; but, in view of the general reconciliation, we irecommend an amnesty." .
