A man, I should think; judging by •his; ill-advised let.ter,..:who ,has a j'borio^to; pick"; with' the: VSoccor" management;.- If ho is such an enthusiastic follower 'of the good old English game as ho'professes to bo, why not. go as a true sport\and: lay his .grievances before 'thd. committee, and not air.his petty, disappointments in the public press?
