The marnagi of the'parties had been celebrated in Queens land, but the wife, alleging misconduc •against her husband, had loft him and cairn to New Zealand. She now sought a divorce but as Queensland was outside the ]uns , diction of tho Court, it was necessary t< obtain leave to. serve "a petition-on the re spondent.
