Councillor Shirtcliffe moved that the matter should be referred back.t6 the committee. Councillor Smith was a' believer in the sloping wall, which would not'throw the spray so much as the straight Wall'. They would certainly get more ground for the walk with the straight wall, but if people conld not tisetho walk because of tho-spray it would not bo of much use, ,'Y ,' Councillor Luke supported the committeo's report. The sooner-tho.-wall was straightened up and made a job ..of the bettor. Tho suggestion and recommendation were agreed to.
