'■■ At tho Pahiatna stock sales yesterday there was a large attendance, Messrs. Abraham' and Williams and the; New Zealand Loan and Mercantile. Agency Company offered a. fair yarding of sheep. , and. a good lyarding ,of cattle. ■ Competition, right through was good, and prices showed an -advance on all classes of stock.
