J Dajjg (Mauncoville), R. J. Dagg, J G. Dagg, and J. T Dagg (Mastorton), and MetUames G. H Graham, Dβ Lislo, and E J Rose.' (Masterten), and Mrs. Townson (Gris,bornc). Messrs. D, M Lachlan and, Blatchford waitad upon the Masterton County Council at, its meeting yesterday in reference to the aneroaohment qf the Runmahanga River on the op3ki-Rangitumau Road They stated that they were -willing to co-operate with the Council, in protective works, as their ( properties were jeopardised.
