As tho Bill'left the Senate it makes no , alteration m tho Dmgley tariff as far as 75 per cent of imports arc concerneU It, howe\cr, increases tho duty"on 15 per cent, of imports, and reduces it on 10 per cent Some of the changes, it is estimated on one hand,, will augment the revenue, compared Tvith previous duties, by 13 million Bterling, while other changes, on tho other hand, rvill effect a diminution estimated at £862,000.
