Delegates also attended from the ladies' clubs. Tho New Zealand ladies' tournament is to be held in this district, to start on AugUßt 21 Play will take place both at Eastings and Napier. Mr. E. Shirley was appointed tournament secretary, and thrco electors wore appointed to soloet a representative team for Auckland to compete ,in the Plunkot Shield.
