Palmorston, July 7. ■ Number '3 Regiment, New Zealand Mounted Rifles, went into camp on the Show Grounds to-day, the mustor comprising thirty of the Huntorville troop, Feilding ' thirty, and Manawatu thirty-fivo. At tlio annual mooting of tho Duncdin branch of tho Engine Drivers 1 , Firemen's, and Cleaners' Association it was unanimously decided to endorse the lesolution passed by the Wanganui branch deprecating the action of the executive of the A.S.R.S., and pledging itfiey to support tho Grand Council as tho only association calculated to further their interests.
