The procedure of election has been materially varied by recent amendments to the legislative provisions previously existing'.:, Under the new order of members of education boards are elected, not by composite L committees; but by tho individual"votes of members of committees. The principal point to be noted in,conneotion therewith is that-voting papers must not be signed, as formerly.
