Take' the ' yolksof • two raw eggs and beat well,-with: a teaspoonful of mustard, and half a teaspoonful of popper; then by degrees stir \ in a quarter of-a cup of oil. 'Add the juice of a. large • lemon. This mixture Bhould. be the coniiistenoy of a thiok custard.
