The demand for fine wools appears to be exceptionally "strong, although there has been no upward movement in the quotations for 60's tops. The common 60's are at 26d,, and super G0 f a-at 27d;, and these were tne quotations at ■ tho beginning of 'the May sales., Crossbreds Imve advanced, but the recovery in'-.this class of wool'has no been bo .pronouilced as that shown by fine wools. This,' no doubt, is m-some degree due to the: trend of fashion, if ,vp. may judge' by past ex-, penence, when the difference between' fine and coarse wools is very marked, an adjustment soon :place.
