TRAINING THE NURSE.

There is a thoughtful plea in "Tho Englishwoman for a uniform curriculum for the training of nurses in hospitals It seems tnat in each hospital the procedure vance in one the nurses are taught, in another they are supposed to "pick up" knowledge: ono matron believes that you cannot bind a cut if you do not know iow many miles tho sun is from the earth; anothor behoves in the uneducated nurse.
