Tho second day of tho Napier Park Racinp; Club's winter meeting was hold to-day in cold and cloudy weather, but no rain fell. Tho attendance was not so good as on tho previous day, bnt speculation was a httlo brisker. , The totalisator investments amounted to £5809, making a total of £11,198 for two days, as compared with £12,609 for the winter meeting last year.
