Carroll, is ont of town, but r his Departmental, officers have received no Tadvioo of any incrcyise of leprosy in the islands:' Exports deceived some little time ago indicated that the disease was slightly decreasing. Tho steamer Minapouri, which , reached Wellington from Karotonga last week, brought no official intimntion on tho subject) .
