If councillors can do what Councillor Devino has stated was. done, the illegal\aotion, with respect to the above loan,- it is time a stop was put to it, asVit might othor-i wiso perhaps load to, serious' litigation. ,If the abattoirs loan was improperly used, the Kilbimio Recreation loan .also was, and , it seems unfair ;that that locality, should be deprived of its just rights.
