Aftor the presentation of colours to tho Territorials, King Edward cordially congratulated the Secretary for War (Air. Haldano) on tbo success of his efforts in organising i tho force. Sir Hugh Graham, proprietor of tho "Montreal* Star," in recognition of the pk.v sure ho ; dorived from tho recent military and naval reviews, has given £100 to tho Soldiers' Orphans' SociotVj and £100 to the Sailors' Orphans' Society.
