• PRESENTING COLOTOS; KING CONGRATULATES ME. HALDANE. (By Tclegraph.-Prcss Assoclatlon.-Copyrlßht.) London, tfune 20, King Edward yestorday presented colours to 108 units of the Territorial Army at Windsor Castle. The spectators inclnded tho delegates to tho Imperial Press Conference, and a large number of' members of Parliament. Aftor the presentation of colours to tho Territorials, King Edward cordially congratulated the Secretary for War (Air. Haldano) on tbo success of his efforts in organising i tho force. Sir Hugh Graham, proprietor of tho "Montreal* Star," in recognition of the pk.v sure ho ; dorived from tho recent military and naval reviews, has given £100 to tho Soldiers' Orphans' SociotVj and £100 to the Sailors' Orphans' Society.
