MR. HISLOP RETURNS TO THE CHARGE. A DETAILED! EXPLANTAION. Tho Hon. T. W. Hislop, ex-Mayor of the city, . has addressed the following memorandum regarding tho abattoirs loan to the Mayor (Dr. Newman) and each of the members of th» member of the City. Council:—. . , .. The holders were circularised and the two societies refused to renew.
