A plea of not gudty'was entered by a 'young man named Edward Petersen to a charge of using threatening behaviour in a public place, to wit, Queen's Wharf, whereby s. breach of the peace was occasioned. Inspector Elliwn stated that, on Friday aftornoon, as the Manuka was about to sail, accused, who was amongst the crowd at the boat, longed out, and hit persons who wcro near him. , A fine of 20s , in default seven days' imprisonment, was imposed. v
