AWAHURI BUTTER FACTORY.
A CAPITAL SEASON! The past season (says our Palmerstou correspondent) has / been an excellent ono for the Awahuri Butter Factory, which, owing to -the closing down of the Awahurr Creamery not owned by tho company, has had ta purchase additional plant to cope with the greatly increased milk supply sent in by dairymen previously supplying the creamery Last month the company paid out lid., pet lb. for butter-fat. An idea, of the extra work done during the season may be gathered from the fact that in an ordinary season the output of tho company,is about 100 tons of butter, but this year'it will bo over 130 tons.
