Wash and dry tho rabbit, and cut it in small joints; parboil'.the heart and liver, and chop them up finely with the fat of tho bacon; add_ parsley~and seasoning; iaii and make into forcemeat'balls;'lav tho' joints of the rabbit, .the small slices of bacon, and ..tho forcemeat balls in a piedish until all is used, pepper "and salt each layer, fill up with gravy, cover-with pastry,'and bake in a .moderate oven for an hour.
