Calcutta, June 16, Several witnesses at the inquiry in connection with tho discovery of bombs at Midnaporo accuso t/ho polico of providing ' outrages, demanding bribes, and making bombs. The Bengal Government has instructed the Commissioner of Burdwan, besides inquiring into tho conduct of all concerned in the Midnaporo prosecution,' to note everything throwing light upon the existence of a conspiracy against'.the Government, and-oil persons involved,; whether recently, tried or not. Tho indications aro that tho Government does not accopt the High Court's recent judgment Q5 lin plying that no. conspiracy, existed.
