DRUNKENNESS AT OTAKI.
(BT TXLXQR&PB—-SPECIAL COREISPONDIHI.) : ■ Christchurch, Jane 16. Mr. Byron Brown, one of tho speakers at tho No-License demonstration last evening, gave Otaki a remarkably, bad character. In Mr. Brown's opinion' Otaki can show more drunkenness to tho square . inch than any other town in New Zealand. There was a population of 1400 people only, and there were five hotels.
