Rβ Oliver Mospn, deceased, Mr. Oasey moved for an order to adminisrter the estate ss being insolvent. An order was made that the estate be administered by tho Official Assignee at Jlasterton, that the present administrator cease to act, and that tho costs of the petition bo paid out of the estate. In. Hio- caso of Murphy (Mr. Samuel) v. Minister for Railways (Mr. Pell), an order was made by consent for leave to proceed ' with a compensation claim, the claim to bo laid within 21 days; £1 Is. costs were allowed to tie Minister for Railways.
